Statement of Faith

We Believe:

The Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16)
In the Eternal Godhead, revealed in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:29, Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day, and personally appeared to His disciples (Romans 4:25, 1 Corinthians 15:4,5)
In the ascension of Jesus to heaven; His exaltation, and personal, literal and bodily coming again the second time for His Church. (John 14:2-3, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
In the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance, and faith in the perfect and sufficient work of the Cross of Calvary by which we obtain remission of sins. (Romans 5:11, Ephesians 2:8-9, Hebrews 9: 12,22)
In water baptism ( Matthew 28:19, Acts 8:36-39)
In the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4, Acts 8:14-17, Galatians 5:22-23)
That man's response to this salvation by grace is to live a life of obedience to Him (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 2 Corinthians 5:20, Ephesians 2:10, Phillippians 2:3, 1 Peter 1:16, 2 Peter 3:11)
